As Earthport’s Global Head of Product Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, she is heavily involved in the company’s product strategy and roadmap. Her role is to enable the business to translate its global cross-border payments vision into meaningful selling propositions, driving Earthport’s go-to-market capability, strategic partnership and delivery of product innovation.
Prior to joining Earthport, Sofia was a Product Management senior director with Mastercard, where she worked on the development and commercialization of new cross-border payments products, and previously spent several years in senior Product Marketing and Product Management roles at The Western Union Company is a US financial services company with headquarters in Englewood, Colorado with offices and agents all over the world offering services such as money transfers (P2P, P2B and B2B, money orders, and other business & commercial services. She has a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the South Ural State University (SUSU) in Chelyabinsk, Russia (2000). She also holds a Masters in Marketing from the Academy of State Service (2003)
