THE PAUL SUMERALL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ON REMITTANCES

Seven students from Dr. Manuel Orozco’s Remittances & Development Class at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. received the Scholarships for their Research Study Trip to El Salvador on November 15-21, 2015 to explore the role of Remittances and Financial Inclusion

and Jasmina Maria Pless

  • Each student received a $1,300 Scholarship to cover the cost and expenses for the trip to El Salvador.
  • Upon completion of the trip each student will write an essay that they will submit.
  • One or two students will be selected to come to a future IMTC to present their experience.
