Roberto Rondon is a Universidad de Los Andes, Chile graduate where he obtained the title of Commercial Engineer with distinction. He also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School, recently ranked #1 School in Latin America by Financial Times, where he graduated with Honors. With more than 10 years of professional career, he is an experienced Chief Officer with a demonstrated history in the financial services industry. Roberto worked at Banco Santander Chile for nearly five years and has been part of the AirPak Executive team since 2015, overlooking the operations of Nicaragua and last year was given the position of Chief Strategy Officer for the region.
