Pilar is a seasoned business executive with 25+ years of leadership and communications experience, mostly in the non-profit sector as well as in the media & journalism industry.

She has been recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for creativity, as well as for her ability to problem-solving and question-asking, with a verifiable history of contributing directly to company growth and expansion, with minimal resource expenditure, throughout her professional career.

Her focal points are social communications, writing, hypnosis, branding, content development, press partnerships, community outreach, stress management and lifestyle medicine and keynote speaking. These areas of expertise require utilization of effective communication and organizational skills, as well as business acumen, project management and resource management to support efficiency and maximum returns.

Beside consultancy services she is also the Director of Communications and Community Outreach for Texans For Safe Access to promote the education and advocacy for medical cannabis patients who need to join the Texas Compassionate Use Program.

Previously Pilar was Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Axeos Performance Institute for more than 11 years, Board Member of the Biofeedback Society of Texas and in her native country, Colombia she was a journalist and speechwriter for presidential candidates and other political figures.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish she graduated in Social Communications and Journalism from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, American Political Culture from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and MBSR Foundational Teacher Training (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) from the University of California, San Diego – School of Medicine.
