Across a range of industries, she has 9 years of experience helping companies break into new markets and innovate by understanding the consumer and all the stakeholders in between. Olivia launched and directed the Money Transfer Awards, the industry’s first awards based on consumer research and analysis. She was also a founding member of the Hanesbrands Global Trends and Innovation team — improving supply chain sustainability and collecting market intelligence for the world’s largest marketer of basic apparel. Her strategic, investigative, and pioneering approach has garnered her work with The New York Times, Intel and Vice’s The Creator’s Project, RIP Medical Debt, Kora Foundation, and lately IMTC.
