Joe Tumbarello is the Chief Financial/Chief Operating Officer at TRANSFAST, the worldwide Money Transfer Company with HQ in New York. Joe has held senior financial, operational, and business management positions in companies including First Data Corporation, where he was a divisional Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, Cardservice International, where he was Chief Financial Officer, FNDS3000 Corp., a prepaid company focusing on the South African market and CashTech Card Systems, a stored value MasterCard® card issuer and revenue cycle management healthcare processing.

Immediately prior to joining Transfast, Joe was Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Global Cash Card, focusing on business operations, strategy, network and banking relationships. He also served as Global’s Chief Compliance officer.

For 15 years he worked in Home Box Office (HBO) where he won HBO’s Gryphon Award and Showtime.

Joe holds an MBA in Corporate and International Finance from Baruch College – Zicklin School of Business in New York and BS in Management from the State University of New York.
