Paula Cotait Kara-Jose Lerario is the Director of Creative Solution. Her firm is part of a select group of the most respected event organizers in Brazil, planning and organizing conference and trade shows in all cities in Brazil for over 10 years. Paula graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a degree in Marketing from the University of California, San Diego. She worked as a Marketing Executive of Danone, Johnson, & Johnson, Philip Morris, C&A and ltaú.
