Carlos started his advertising career with an ambitious drive to learn the industry from all perspectives with the long-term goal of one day running his own firm. The experience he gained from working on various national and multinational accounts and the desire to push the potential of brand development led him to launch PUMPED, Inc. The firm specializes in developing effective brand strategies while also incorporating value for customers and investors. As Executive Creative Director, his team has developed successful campaigns and won numerous awards in recognition of that effort. Pumped’s most recent work involves developing numerous brands and campaigns for various clients in both the national and international markets such as Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, MC Wines & Spirits, Ulysse Nardin Cells, Geothermal Regional Center, Prestige Audi, East Cost Jewelry, Dornier Seaplane, FDOT, IGT Media Holdings, Pollo Tropical and Geothermal Regional Center to name a few.
