Ola is the Cofounder of BitOasis, a Bitcoin Exchange in Dubai, UAE. She was also the Cofounder and now an Advisor to Yellow, another Bitcoin payment company in the Middle East.

Previously, Ola was an Executive at Aramex, the leading global provider of Comprehensive Logistics and Transportation Solutions, in their startups, philanthropy, sustainability and entrepreneurship support efforts. Before that Ola worked as a Manager for Arabia 500, part of the AllWorld Network that identifies private growth companies and ranks the fastest growing (besides Arabia 500 there is Africa 500, Asia 500, Eurasia 500, and Latin America 500).

In Jordan, her home country, Ola worked for the Jordan River Foundation as an Economic Empowerment Senior Coordinator working on an empowerment project offering women income generating opportunities and help start entrepreneurial projects.

Ola attended the University of Birmingham where she graduated with Honors in Electronic and Communication Engineering in 2008. During that time she was a Research Intern at the Imperial College in London at the Geomatics Engineering Group. Upon graduation Ola worked for two years at Ernst & Young in its IT Risk and Assurance & IT Security Advisory practice.
