Marianne has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and she has also worked in banking. She has held a variety of financial, product management and business development positions.

She led the successful deployment of the HomeSend mobile remittance hub service by BICS. The BICS HomeSend activity has recently been spun off into a joint venture between MasterCard, eServGlobal and BICS; which is also called HomeSend. Marianne is now heading product management in HomeSend.

Marianne holds a Master degree in Economics as well as a Masters in Financial Management from the Vlerick Management School.
