José L. Ramírez-Coll is a founding Member at AMRC. Mr. Ramírez-Coll handles complex commercial litigation such as cases brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), product liability litigation, class action disputes, antitrust litigation, intellectual property, foreclosures, bankruptcy, banking and finance matters, among others. In partnership with Ana del Toro and Mohr World Consulting, Mr. Ramírez-Coll is advising companies in the development of International Financial Entities (IFEs) in Puerto Rico.
Mr. Ramírez-Coll is ranked as a Leading Individual in Dispute Resolution by Chambers & Partners Latin America and Global. Mr. Ramírez-Coll currently serves as the President of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
