Michel Caputi – CEO

He has a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences and a master’s degrees in Financial Management and in Strategic Management, the latter awarded by ADEN International Business School. He has over 19 years’ experience in Latin American banking, in different posts focused on Integral Risk Management.

He was elected CEO of Bantrab in 2017 and has since devoted great efforts into strengthening Corporate Governance and achieving above-average strategic execution capacity. Additionally, he has promoted Bantrab’s strategic relations at national and international levels.

Innovation focused on social impact has been a key element of his administration and has become a company-wide element of Grupo Financiero Bantrab’s corporate culture. This has led Caputi to be recognized by Fintech Americas as one of the 25 most innovative bankers in Latin America.
