Paula is the Director of Creative Solution, an advertising and events firm in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Her firm is part of a select group of the most respected event organizers in Brazil, planning and organizing conference and trade shows in Brazil for over 10 years. Paula graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and a degree in Marketing from the University of California, San Diego. She worked as a Marketing Executive of Danone, Johnson, & Johnson, Philip Morris, C&A and ltaú.
