Darpan Anand is a business professional with over 12+ years working experience in access to financial services, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) & Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).  His key experience is the delivery & distribution of Banking & Insurance products through Alternate Delivery Channels like Agent, POS/Card, Mobile Money, Web etc in Rural and Semi-Rural eco-systems.

Darpan is currently the Vice President – Strategic Alliances at FINO Paytech, an innovator and implementer of technology solutions for financial institutions and one of the firms chosen to receive an in-principle approval from RBI to set up a Payments Bank. FINO serves more than 78 million customers through over 28000 transaction points in 499 districts across 28 states in India. Darpan, who has been with the company for close to 10 years, is responsible for  Business Development & Relationship Management- Client Facing, Key Account & Program Management, Corporate Planning and Management Consulting & Bid Management.

Before FINO, Darpan was with Metlife Insurance and Max New York Life Insurance. He graduated from IILM Institute for Higher Education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) & Marketing in  2002 and Engineering and  Electronics from Pravara Rural Engineering College (1999).
