Dame is the Vice President, Global Partnerships, Banking and MTOs at INPAY, a bank transfer-based international payments system located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Previous to Inpay, Dame was the Senior Relationship Manager for Eurogiro A/S, also based in Copenhagen. Eurogiro is a global payments network that connects over 60 postal organizations, postbanks, commercial banks and other financial service providers from more than 50 countries. Dame started his career at TTK Bank AD Skopje in Macedonia in the International Payments and Corespondent Banking Department and then he was the Head of the International Office in Denmark and Norway of the Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion of the Republic of Macedonia.

Dame has a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Business Administration (2002) from the American College of Thessaloniki in Greece and a Master of Arts (MA) in Southeast European studies, Developing and Transitional Economies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2003). Later on he received his a Masters in the Negotiation Program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government (2012).

Inpay was founded in 2007, and is still privately owned by Jacob Tackmann Thomsen, a pioneer in online data security, who brings 25 years of experience in fraud detection in the payments world. Thomsen, who is also the owner of Netgroup Holdings, a Danish IT and data security and hosting companies. MT Companies can use Inpay’s portal to make payments; or White Label, which allows the integration of Inpay service into the companies own systems.

At the Merchant Payments Ecosystem conference in Berlin on the 18th of February 2015, Inpay was announced as the Winner of the “Guiding Hand Processing Award” for its innovating real-time online bank payment solutions for internet retailers worldwide.
