Antonio Fazzalari has over 25 years of experience in selling and delivering technology-driven business change for companies in financial services, retail/distribution, and healthcare/life sciences. Antonio’s financial services expertise includes institutional brokerage operations, trading processes/lifecycle, wealth management and research/analytics, and has worked with front and back office operations in investment, commercial, and retail banking businesses. He brings extensive experience in business strategy, application development, technology solutions selling and engagement management to create value and enable IBM clients to transform themselves and their industry.
As a core member of the IBM Blockchain offering for cross-border payments (‘World Wire’), Antonio is responsible for growing the platform through the addition of new participants and expanding World Wire impact across the financial services ecosystem. He identifies and builds partnerships with strategic financial institutions that either become core network participants, alliance partners, or both. Prior to his current job in the IBM Blockchain organization, Antonio was part of the Cognitive Solutions team within IBM Watson where he was a trusted advisor in the financial services industry to help organizations achieve the outcomes desired applying IBM Watson, Analytic Solutions, Analytic Platform, Commerce and Business Consulting Services.
